He created countless fond memories over his years at the family cottage in West Branch, MI, and many warm winters in Englewood, FL. He had a never-ending love and devotion for his family and built a beautiful life with and for them, enjoying nearly 63 years of marriage to Judy.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Claude Billings of Colorado, his three children, Lynette (Steve) Lynch of Dexter, Darvin (Danielle) Burnside of Illinois, and Douglas (Christine) Burnside of Ohio; eight grandchildren, Jason Lynch, Alexandra (Cameron) Leberecht, Aaron, Devin (Doree), Emma, Ethan, Aubrie and Brynna Burnside; and one great-grandchild, Juliette Lynch. In addition to his wife, Judy, he was preceded in death by his parents, and beloved grandson, Derrick Lynch.
