Jacquelyn D. Daniels, age 70, passed away on September 14, 2022 at the Chelsea Retirement Community. Jacquelyn was born on February 27, 1952 in Jackson, MI, the daughter of Dale and Rheubena (Fletcher) Bailey.
Jacquelyn lived in this area all of her life graduating from Chelsea High School in 1970. On April 18, 1980, she married Paul M. Daniels, and he preceded her in death in 1987. She always loved watching cooking shows as well as visiting with her friends and family.
She is survived by her daughter, Darcie (Jeffrey) Veach of Jackson, a grandson, Carter Veach, nephew, Kevin Risner, and niece, Michelle Risner. In addition to her husband, Paul, she was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister-in-law, Candi.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, 11:00 a.m., at the Staffan-Mitchell Funeral Home, Chelsea. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Stockbridge. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Chelsea Retirement Community-Towsley Village or the Alzheimer’s Association.
