Stephanie Lynn Wright, age 54, of Ann Arbor, MI, passed away on July 5, 2024.
She was born in Trenton, MI on January 26, 1970, the daughter of Charles and Sharon (McTasney) Orme.
Stephanie had a passion for horses and enjoyed horseback riding, along with kayaking. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Mott Children’s Hospital. She was known for her attentive and compassionate nature, always ready to listen. Above all else, Stephanie cherished her role as a mother, dedicating herself to raising her children. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion.
She is survived by her two children, Sean Wright and Shae Wright, and their father, Patrick Wright and his children Shane and Lauren; as well as her mother, Sharon Bist; and siblings, Scott Orme and Dan Orme. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Orme, and an infant son, Connor Wright.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Staffan-Mitchell Funeral Home, from 6-8 p.m., and at St. Mary Catholic Church in Chelsea on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 10-11 a.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, July 18, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at St. Mary Catholic Church, 14200 E. Old US 12, Chelsea, with Fr. Tim MacDonald presiding.
