Joseph Stanley Tekieli, of Stockbridge, MI, passed away at his home on October 2, 2024. He was born the son of Stanley and Anne (Talerico) Tekieli on March 25,1959 in Fairmont, West Virginia. In 1992 in Madisonville,Tennessee, he married Robin M. (Sparkman), and she survives.
Joe loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed being outdoors in nature, where he felt closest to God. He was very passionate about politics, liked watching movies, and loved to read. He loved his granddaughter and his family.
In addition to his wife, Robin, he is survived by his sons, Billy (Mellissa) Lebring, Brian Klovski, and Joe Tekieli. Also surviving are his granddaughter, Beatrix Klovski, brother, Michael Tekieli, and his uncle, Theodore (Delle) Tekieli.
A gathering of friends and family will take place at the Staffan-Mitchell Funeral Home on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
